Vanilla Bean Protein Cake Mix - Gluten Free

Our Vanilla Bean Protein Cake Mix is made with a blend of whey and pea proteins for a great cake texture, never dry!
Mix makes 12 cupcakes or one 8" or 9" cake. (Breakfast mentioned above would be two cupcakes or 1/6 cake.)
Ingredients: Ingredients: protein blend (whey protein concentrate, pea protein), erythritol, organic coconut, aluminum-free baking powder, vanilla bean, stevia extract. All ingredients non-GMO.
Contains: milk, tree nuts (coconut).
Prepare with 12 large egg whites (396g liquid whites), 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce, and 2 tablespoons coconut oil.
This mix is pretty sweet. Level 2 on the Protein Cakery Sweet Meter.
This product has been tested by an outside lab and has been found to be gluten-free.
