A simple recipe for delicious whipped cream. And you won't miss the sugar at all!

Recipe makes approx. 1 cup whipped cream, with 1g net carb per 1/4 cup serving.

How to make it: 

  1. Stir together heavy cream and frosting mix until mix is dissolved. Let it sit up to 5 minutes to be sure it is fully dissolved.
  2. Beat the cream just until stiff peaks are formed (this happens quickly with an electric or stand mixer).
  3. Enjoy as a cake topping, between cookies, or with fresh fruit!
