Lecithin-Free Whey Protein For Baking And Blended Shakes
When researching the best ingredients for our baking mixes, we came across this soy-free whey protein powder that bakes very well. It also tastes great when you flavor it up as a shake! We knew you’d want it, too, and we're excited to bring it to you!

Some protein powders do not bake well, even with the best recipes. Results can be dry, rubbery, and dense. This whey protein is specially formulated to react well when heated, resulting in a better baked texture.
Most protein powders are made with soy lecithin to help them dissolve more easily in liquid. When using protein powder in recipes or blended shakes, lecithin isn’t necessary. Why have unnecessary ingredients in your protein treats?
Easily flavored for delicious shakes
The mild flavor of this protein powder makes it a great blank canvas for your protein shake creations. Add your choice of flavoring. Sweeten it however you like. Blend it up for a smooth, creamy shake.
Flavor it your way:
- Chocolate: 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- Vanilla: 1 1/2 teaspoons alcohol-free vanilla
- Peanut Butter: 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
- Cinnamon: 1 1/2 teaspoons alcohol-free vanilla + 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
and add your choice of sweetener. (We love it with a sprinkle of stevia!)
