Low Carb Protein Bread Mix

What you get: One packet of bread mix, 96g, makes 4 servings. 

How to make it: Bake or microwave! 
Add 2.5 tablespoons water per serving and mix well (for 4 servings, 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons). 
Individual servings can be microwaved for 30 seconds.
To bake in oven, preheat oven to 325F. Bake in muffin/cupcake cups (makes 4, bake for ~15 minutes) or bake in a mini-loaf pan (~20-22 minutes).
To make an english muffin, microwave one serving of prepared mix for 30 seconds in 16oz mug. Slice, and toast.
