Lemon Protein Pancakes

Easy lemon pancakes with 30g of protein in the stack. No added sugar, and nothing artificial!

What you need:   

How to make it: 

  1. Prepare the cake batter as directed on the package.
  2. Spray griddle with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Preheat griddle on low heat.
  4. Pour batter as 4-6 pancakes.
  5. Flip when bubbles rise to the surface of the pancakes.
  6. Cook another minute or two until firm.
  7. Enjoy!
