Recipe - Lemon Blueberry Protein Cake

It's summertime anytime with this lemon blueberry combo! Nothing artificial and 15g protein per serving.

What you need:   

How to make it: 

  1. Prepare the cake batter as directed on the package.
  2. Add blueberries, and stir to combine.
  3. Spoon batter into silicone baking cups.
  4. Bake at 325F (163C) for 18-22 minutes, or just until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let cool, and enjoy!

**This cake batter can also be microwaved for 1:45 - 2:00 in our silicone cake pan or any microwave safe container. (Just be sure the cake has room to inflate as it cooks!)
