Cinnamon Sugar Protein Doughnuts

All the flavor of cinnamon sugar doughnuts, without any added sugar! And a super-soft cake texture in the doughnut, thanks to our Protein Cake Mix.

Per serving (6 mini doughnuts): Protein 15g, Carbs: 31g (12g net carbs), Fat: 4g, Cal: 150  WW: 3 SP as prepared (2 SP if you omit the coconut oil in the topping).

How to make it:

  1. Preheat oven to 325F (163C).
  2. Prepare Vanilla Protein Cake Mix as instructed on package. 
  3. Put cake batter in piping/ziplock bag and cut off the corner.
  4. Pipe the batter into the silicone mini doughnut pan.
  5. Bake 12-15 minutes, just until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool to room temp.
  7. Mix erythritol and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  8. Lightly brush each doughnut with melted coconut oil and then dip in cinnamon topping.
  9. Enjoy!
